Each report generated by CT Property Report is a unique and custom item that we must assemble at the time of your order. To discourage false orders, we request a small deposit to assure us that your interest in ordering a report is genuine. When you "buy this", you will be making a deposit and initiating a custom report.  When the report is completed and ready for delivery,  you will receive an email from us with a link to complete your purchase with the balance of payment. You may then download the report.
